How does a Google review card work?+
A small chip inside the card holds a short web address that points to your Google review page. A customer holds their phone near the card and the page opens, already on your business, ready for them to choose a star rating and write a few words.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?+
Yes. The card opens the review page of your Google Business Profile, so you need one first. Setting one up is free at business.google.com.
Can I offer customers a discount for leaving a review?+
No. Google's rules do not allow rewards in exchange for reviews, and reviews gathered that way can be removed. Ask every customer, not only the happy ones, and let the card make it easy.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?+
Yes. iPhone XS and newer, and most Android phones, open the review page with a simple tap. Any other phone can scan the QR code printed on the card.
