What we collect

When you send a request we collect your name, phone number, business name if you give one, and anything you write in the notes. If we host a page for you, we hold the content you ask us to publish.

Why we hold it

To quote for your order, produce your cards, deliver them, and support you afterwards. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone except a courier where delivery requires it.

Site measurements

We count visits and requests so we know whether the site is working. This is kept at the level of counts, not profiles of individuals.

Who else handles it

Payments are processed by Paystack, which receives your name, email, phone and payment details to take the payment; we never see your card number or M-Pesa PIN. Emails such as sign-in codes and receipts are sent through Resend. The site and its data are hosted on Railway. Each handles your information only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are required to keep records.

Your rights

Under Kenyan data protection law you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond.
