What we provide

We supply physical NFC cards and, where you ask us to, host a page that those cards point at. We do not sell software licences and we do not take payments on your behalf.

Orders and payment

Prices shown on this site are in Kenyan shillings. Payment is taken through Paystack, which handles M-Pesa and card details; we never see your card number. You pay for the cards and, where a page is hosted, the first month when you order. Hosting renews monthly: a card used to pay is charged automatically on the due date, and other payers receive an emailed link. A page unpaid five days after its due date is paused until it is paid.

Production and delivery

We give an expected date before starting. Cards are produced to the proof you approve. Delivery timings are estimates and courier delays are outside our control.

Hosted pages

Where we host a page for you, the monthly fee covers every card on your account. If a fee goes unpaid we will contact you before taking the page offline. Your cards remain yours and can be pointed elsewhere.

Your content

You are responsible for what appears on your page being accurate and lawful, including prices, claims and any images you send us. You confirm you have the right to use them.

Faulty cards

If a chip fails in normal use, tell us and we will replace the card. Damage from bending, cutting or heat is not covered.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
